I went into 2026 lambing season with 8 ewes and 2 rams. My oldest two ewes (Ricotta & Roquefort) were put in with the ram, Manchego on December 21st, 2025. The rest of the ewes welcomed the ram, Julian, into their flock January 6th, 2026. Julian was all over Stilton as soon as he entered the pen.

Ricotta

Ricotta had triplets, 2 ewes and a ram, May 16th early in the morning (146 days since being put with the ram.) She rejected one lamb, but after a week was letting her nurse.

Roquefort

Roquefort had triplets, one ewe and 2 rams, May 16th in the evening (146 days since being put with the ram.) She happily accepted all 3 of her lambs.

Colby

Colby went down May 20th and I was unable to get her up again. The vet came out that evening and gave Colby an injection to end her pregnancy in hopes of saving her life. May 22nd, I pulled 4 dead lambs out of Colby. Overnight she birthed a 5th dead lamb and on May 23rd I pulled a 6th dead lamb. Her pregnancy was ended at 134 days since the ram was put in with her.

Stilton

Stilton gave birth to a single ewe lamb on May 31st, 145 days after being bred by Julian. It was her second time lambing.

Feta

Feta gave birth to twin ewe lambs June 2nd, 147 days after being exposed to the ram, Julian.

Miss Manchego

Miss Manchego lambed for the first time June 9th. She had twin ewe lambs, 154 days after being exposed to Julian.

GG (Gamma Gorgonzola)

GG had a difficult labor and delivery June 14th. It was her first time lambing fortunately in the end all went well and she had two healthy ewe lambs 159 days after being exposed to Julian.

Total

In less than a month 19 lambs were born, 13 live (10 ewe and 3 ram) and 6 stillborn. One ewe did not lamb.
